Blank Screen Error

Some users have reported getting stuck on a screen with a blank blue background when logging into Virtual Facility. Since this is an intermittent error, the VF team would appreciate your help in solving it.

If you experience this behavior, please do the following:

  • Right click in the browser window and select Inspect (or press F12) to open the developer tools.
  • Click the Console tab.
  • Take a screenshot of any errors shown in this tab.
  • Submit a support ticket. Include this screenshot and a description of what you were doing at the time.
