Default Behavior
By default, existing email templates will be used. Until a custom email is created, there will be no change in how the notifications appear.
Custom Emails
To create a custom email for alarm, asset, or work lens notifications, toggle the custom template on and and then select the Edit icon.
Edit Custom Email Template
- The subject, preheader, and email body can all be modified. As changes are made, the Email Preview will update to show an example of what the email will look like.
Variables and Sample Data
- A long list of variables is available to insert into the email. Variable can be added to the subject, preheader, or email body.
- To edit the same data, select Edit Variables.
Test Email
- To get a sample email, select the Send Test Notification button.
