The Work Activity (Last 14 Days) report is a listing of the work tickets that have been opened in the last 14 days.
There are many uses for this report, below are a few common scenarios.
Who has open work tickets
To see who has open work tickets, select "Filters" > "Work State = Open". Once the report updates, drag the "Work Assignee (User)" column to the "Drag here to set row groups" area at the top of the report. Additionally, you can sort the groups by count (ascending or descending).
Who is creating work tickets
To see who is creating work tickets, select "Columsn" > add "Work Creator (User)". Once the column appears, drag the "Work Creator (User)" column to the "Drag here to set row groups" area at the top of the report. Additionally, you can sort the groups by count (ascending or descending).

Note
The work activity report does have data limitations - it will display up to 50,000 work tickets in the last 14 days.
