While most of the analytic reports focus on alarm data, the Work Resolution Dashboard is focused on providing in-depth analyses of work data. It provides a great way for users to see data related to open work, closed, and alarm coverage. This is a tool primarily designed for folks in a supervisory position who have responsibility for managing field technicians servicing the building systems but can be used by anyone to gain valuable insights into how work tickets are being resolved by their team.
This report can be accessed from the Triage or Explorer modules by clicking on the Analytics icon at the bottom left-hand side of the screen, and then on the Work Resolution report from the report list in the left panel.
Filters on the top of the page allow the user to filter the data based on time, buildings, teams, or other alarm attributes. The date range of the data displayed can also be controlled here for many datasets and calculations unless specified as 7-day or 30-day metrics, these are not affected by the date range filter.
