Virtual Facility defines successfully resolved work as work associated with alarms that do not return within 24 hours of the work being closed. This means that over 24 hours, the resolution of work can change depending on alarm behavior. If all alarms associated with the work are inactive when the work is closed, the work is considered resolved successfully.
Unresolved Work
Virtual Facility defines unresolved work as work associated with alarms that reappear within 24 hours of the work being closed. This means that over 24 hours, the resolution of work can change depending on alarm behavior.
