Overview
Work lenses help organize your view of tickets so that you can better identify what work is open, closed, and urgent.
Standard Lenses
The Open Work lens contains all the work tickets you have access to that are open. These include tickets that are assigned to you and tickets you created for other users.
Other Standard Lenses are:
- All Work - all work, regardless of status
- My Work -open tickets that are only assigned to you.
- Recently Closed - lens contains tickets that were closed within the past 7 days.
Creating a Custom Work Lens
Users can create custom Work Lenses at the individual or team level to focus on a desired set of work. Individual Lens are created in the My Work Lenses folder in the left name. Team Lenses are created in the folder for that team and are visible to members of the team. Only administrative users are able to create and modify Team Lenses. My Work Lenses
To create a new individual lens, under "My Work Lenses" select the blue "+" icon.
Fill out your lens criteria and select Create Lens.
Team Work Lenses
To create a team work lens, open the team section (Dispatch below) and select the blue "+" icon.
Fill out your lens criteria and select Create Lens. Any other administrative users on the team will have the ability to modify this work lens.
Cloning a Lens
If you find yourself needing to create almost the same lens multiple times, you can use the Clone feature to get you started. Once you create a lens (including setting the table configurations), select Clone on the Edit lens. This will create a new lens with the same configurations, be sure to update the name of your new lens to remove the "Copy of" and set a more descriptive name.
