What is Mobile Virtual Facility?
The mobile app is an adapted version of the Virtual Facility platform that allows users to carry the insight of their alarm information wherever they go.
The mobile Virtual Facility app currently supports the following behaviors and features:
- Viewing your lenses in Alarms and Work
- Searching alarms and work tickets
- Filtering alarms and work tickets
- Viewing alarm and work details
- Creating work tickets from the alarms
- Receiving push notifications from lenses
The current mobile version does not support:
- Creating a new lens
- Editing alarm details
To install the Virtual Facility app, search for "Alarm Triage" in either the Play store (Android) or App store (iOS)
