Set-Up
To enable push notifications, be sure to allow notifications for the Alarm Triage app in your device settings. Additionally, in "My Profile" opt to receive notifications by unselecting "Opt out of Mobile Push Notifications" > "Save".
Creating Push Notifications
To create push notifications for a lens, add users as push notification recipients.
Push notifications will only be sent when you are logged into the Virtual Facility app and the app is either closed or running in the background. If you are actively in the Virtual Facility app, no push notification will be sent since you are already in the app.
Opting Out of Push Notifications
Once you have updated the notification to not send you push notifications, navigate to Settings > My Profile and select “Opt out of Mobile Push Notifications” as indicated by the red arrow.
