Custom Email Templates for Lenses

We’re excited to introduce Custom Email Templates, a powerful new feature that allows you to  personalize your own email templates for Asset, Alarm, and Work Lenses. With this update, you can tailor email notifications to match your specific needs, ensuring clear and consistent communication across your team.

Try it now in your Settings > Notifications > Templates

Improvements

• We've added clarity around Asset Status as it now displays in the asset details view.

• Drag and Drop to reorder automation rules

• Users were not able to clone automation rules, we've fixed that
• We've updated permissions so that only admin role users can "Clear Alarms"
