New Features 

System Failure Report

• A new analytics report has been added - System Failure Report. Similar to the Space Impact and Equipment Failure Reports, this report is based on Service Failure Alarms. If a system has had a service failure alarm, it will be displayed in the System Failure Report.

Zap Integration Support

• If you need to export data from Virtual Facility to drive other actions, you can now configure a notification to configure a zap. For specific instructions, see Lens Notification Integrations (Zapier). 

Lens Cloning

• If you need to create the almost same lens multiple times, you can now use our "Clone" lens feature. The cloned lens will have all the same filters and configurations. The newly created lens can be modified with new filters/configurations. Lens notifications will not be cloned. 

Improved Features

Notifications on Work Lenses

• Previously, notifications were only available on Alarm and Asset lenses. We have added this feature to work lenses. 

Actions Menu Update

• Improved consistency between actions available on an individual alarm and multiple alarms on a table. 

Lens Description Display

• When a lens has a description an icon will appear that allows you to see the description when selected.
