Overnight Lens Notifications

Lens notifications can now be configured to run overnight. To set a notification to run overnight add a start time and end time of 11:59 pm, then add another start time from midnight to whatever time the notification should run in the morning.

In the example below, the notification will be sent every weekday from 7:00pm to 7:00am the following day.
