Notification Management
We have added a new section in Settings that allows Admins and Managers to view and modify all team lens notifications. Admins and Managers can view an audit log of all sent team lens notifications. This feature continues to be optimized - submit all feedback using "Submit Feedback" option in Settings.
Automation Rule expansion to include Asset Status
We have added an optional configuration to automation rules that checks the status of an asset. Depending on the configuration and status of the asset, the automation rule can either apply or not.
Supporting same Lens Name across multiple teams
Previously, we didn’t allow teams to share lens names. This has been updated so that lens names only have to be unique to a team.
Improvements to Location in create asset workflow
We’ve updated the UI to recommend setting a floor as the location for the space asset.
Exposing CMMS Assignee in Work Ticket
In work tickets, when configured, the CMMS Assignee is now available. Additionally, this is a field in the Work Table and in the Active Alarms Report. In the Active Alarms Report, this field displays as “Work Assignee”.
