Asset Slideout
The Activity tab of the Asset slideout has been redesigned to use tables to display alarm and work data. Like other tables in our app, the tables can be sorted/grouped by/filtered.
Share URL
To lenses, we have added the ability to generate a shareable URL. When users click on the URL that is generated from this link, they will be sent to the lens after login. Note - sharing a URL does not automatically add a user to a team, the user must already be on the team to access the lens.
Work Failed to Sync Notification
Administrators who have opted to receive integration status emails will now receive a notification when a work ticket fails to sync to the CMMS. The email will contain the work id and a link to the work ticket in Virtual Facility for review. If needed, the work ticket can be modified and the user can attempt to resync the work ticket.
We have added a new “Active Alarms” report. The primary purpose of this report is to display active alarms and open work associated with the active alarm. There are planned updates to this report in the works.
