Editing and Creating Assets
With this release, Asset details can be manually edited in the Asset Slide-out. To edit the details of an asset (type or location), navigate to the Asset's Details tab. You can view the asset details by selecting the edit pencil next to Asset Identification on an Alarm or directly from the Assets Page.
If an asset (equipment, room, system) is missing, it can be created by selecting the + icon on the Assets page or the Asset Selection screen. Duplicate assets are not allowed.
Delay Lens Notification
If a notification should NOT be sent as soon as an alarm meets the lens criteria, you can set a delay on the notification. The notification will be sent if the alarm is still in the lens at the end of the delay.
Improvements
Alarm to Asset Navigation
From the Alarm, you can navigate directly to the asset by selecting the asset name. The dot indicates if the asset has an active service failure alarm. Click here to learn more about service failure alarms.
Work columns and filters
Alarm Count, Active Alarm Count, and Inactive Alarm Count columns are now available in Work lenses. Lens filters have also been updated to include Active Alarm Count and Inactive Alarm Count.
Created Date and Closed Date filters have been updated to ranges, previously exact dates had to be selected.
Lens Recipients
Lens recipients are now fully customizable and lens creators no longer have to receive every notification they create. When creating a lens notification, add the desired recipients. If you want to receive the notification, add yourself as a recipient.
