Current Status Report
- The Current Status Report is a snapshot of your organization's current status - which assets (equipment or space) have an issue and if there is any open work for the asset. The report is updated every hour, at half past the hour. This report can be scheduled for delivery to your inbox or anyone in your organization. Learn more about Current Status Report
Bad Actors Report
- The Bad Actors Report shows how often an alarm occurs over the selected period. The more often an alarm occurs, the worse "actor" the alarm is considered. Other Updates
Added work metrics to the Space Impact Summary
- Previously, the work metrics were only available in the Equipment Failure Summary report. They have now been added to the Space Impact Summary.
Analytics menu reorganization
- The Analytics menu has been reorganized to organize reports based on the data they include - Alarms, Work, Assets, or Dashboards.
Alarm and Asset details available from reports
- Select the name of the space or equipment to open the details. Additionally, in reports where the Alarm ID is the identifier (ex: Bad Actors Report), the alarm details will open when selected.
Retired Problematic Equipment and Alarm Frequency and Duration reports
- With new reports and work metrics added to the Space Impact Summary, these two reports were retired. If you have any questions, contact support.vfacility@tmasystems.com
