Work History Update
- Work History has been updated to match Alarm History. With this change, Saved Views are now also available in Work History.
- Work added to Equipment - Historical Failures Summary
- Work has been added to the Equipment - Historical Failures Summary report. The following new columns have been added:
- Work Count: Count of all work tickets created for service failure alarm associated with the equipment.
- Work Coverage %: Percentage of service failure alarms for the equipment that are associated with a work ticket.
- Work Time to Dispatch - Avg: Average time between earliest alarm time and work created time.
- Work Resolution %: Percentage of closed work tickets that lead to alarm clearing AND not reoccurring within 24 hours.
- Work History: Link to work ticket details
- Work has been added to the Equipment - Historical Failures Summary report. The following new columns have been added:

- We’ve made minor changes to column and filter naming in Alarm History, Work History, Explorer, and Triage. The changes are intended to bring more clarity.
