Multi-Sort for Lens Display
With the latest update, you can now incorporate up to three levels of sorting criteria within the Triage and Explorer lenses. For instance, you might utilize this feature by arranging the alarm list first by Priority and subsequently by Alarm Time. This arrangement ensures that your highest-priority alarms consistently take precedence at the top of the list, maintaining their position even if a lower-priority alarm is received after the highest-priority one.
Improvements
- You are now able to set Triage > Table View as your default landing page. To do this, navigate to Settings > My Profile. In the "Landing Page" field, select "Triage - Table View". You are also able to set other pages as your default landing page here.
- You are now able to filter the alarm list in Triage and Explorer by Alarm ID.
Bug Fixes
- The Time to Dispatch KPI wasn’t being calculated as expected, this has been updated.
- Open Work with Inactive Alarms KPI wasn’t correctly applying the date filter, this has been corrected.
- In Explorer, we were incorrectly displaying alarm tiles and details instead of work tiles and work tickets, this has been corrected.
- The KPI Dashboard filters were not persisting to the Alarm History report, this has been corrected.
