Enhancements

Our engineering team has released a new KPI - Time to Dispatch - to collect data prior to making it available for all customers. Once released, this KPI will feature Time to Dispatch metrics for teams, as well as individuals. If you have any questions regarding the KPI Dashboard, reach out to our Customer Success team. 

Additionally, the Work Coverage of Alarms KPI has been updated to include links to the Alarm History Report from the Covered and Not Covered metrics. Using this link, you will see the alarms that are being used to calculate the respective metrics.
