Lens Notification Update

Lens notifications now have the ability to text you when there is a new alarm in the lens in addition to existing email and push notifications. Additionally, lens notifications can now be configured to alert you when an alarm in the lens returns to normal. Details on creating notifications available here. 

We have added a way for you to include custom text in lens notifications via the "Documentation" field. Any information entered in the documentation field will be included in the new alarm lens notification. The documentation field information is not included in the Return to Normal notifications as no action is generally required when an alarm returns to normal. 

Create Work from Alarm Details

You will notice a new option on Alarm Details to create work. Select the blue icon and a pre-populated work ticket will open.
