Better Reports

• Alarm History Report
  • We have improved our Alarm History Export to add several columns by default to identify work and alarm. When exporting, you will now see work ticket state, resolution, alarm, and priority columns by default in your export. These columns will always be included by default for your convenience.
• Work History Report
  • The Work History Report has been updated to more closely match our Alarm History Report by using icons and consistent terminology.
