- Many of you have asked us for the ability to export data out of Virtual Facility - we are proud to announce that you are now able to do that from the Alarm History Report by selecting the "Export" button. Enhancements
- Duplicate Work Warning Enhancement - Link to work ticket
- When creating work for an alarm, you now see a warning if you are creating a work ticket for an alarm that already has open work. In this dialog, you are able to click on any of the open work tickets to see the details.
