- Our engineering team is working behind the scenes to bring you an exceptional Command Center experience. While these exciting new features are not yet available to customers, we are continuously releasing them to enable the Command Center experience in the near future. - Our engineering team has been hard at work creating a KPI Dashboard that will make it easier than ever to monitor and analyze your organization's metrics. The KPI Dashboard will provide a centralized location for you to view all of the important KPIs, giving you a clear and concise snapshot of your performance. Working with our CS team, you will be able to easily set goals and quickly identify areas that need attention. If you have any questions regarding the KPI Dashboard, reach out to your Customer Success team.
Enhancements
- Duplicate Work Warning
- When creating work for an alarm, you will see a warning if you are creating a work ticket for an alarm that already has open work. You are not prevented from creating the work ticket, we are only displaying a reminder that open work tickets already exist.
- Work Ticket Customizations
- Objective
- Working with Customer Success, you are able to customize the work ticket objective. We currently default to "Resolve" followed by the alarm name. Contact your Customer Success representative with any questions.
- Close action
- Working with Customer Success, you are able to customize if work tickets can be closed in Virtual Facility or exclusively in your CMMS. Contact your Customer Success representative with any questions.

- Table View Improvements
- Skip page
- Previously, you navigated the table view using the arrow to skip pages, you can now type in a page number to get there directly.
- Status column
- Status column can now be added to the table view in both Triage and Explorer.

- Create work from Analytics
- When viewing an alarm from the Alarm History report, you are now able to select "Create Work" on the alarm details to create a work ticket directly from Analytics.
