New Features
- Our engineering team is working behind the scenes to bring you an exceptional Command Center experience. While these exciting new features are not yet available to customers, we are continuously releasing them to enable the Command Center experience in the near future. If you have any questions regarding the Command Center, reach out to your Customer Success team.
- Our engineering team has been hard at work creating a KPI Dashboard that will make it easier than ever to monitor and analyze your organization's metrics. The KPI Dashboard will provide a centralized location for you to view all of the important KPIs, giving you a clear and concise snapshot of your performance. Working with our CS team, you will be able to easily set goals and quickly identify areas that need attention. If you have any questions regarding the KPI Dashboard, reach out to your Customer Success team.
Enhancements
- When you navigate to Analytics, you will now land on the Alarm History report. To learn more about the Alarm History report click here.
- You will notice that throughout Virtual Facility, we have improved how we display work status. The work id now contains an icon to indicate the status of the work, as well as a color indicator to quickly draw your eye to closed unresolved work (red).
- White icon and highlight indicate open work.
- Red icon and highlight indicate closed unresolved work.
- Green icon and highlight indicate closed resolved work.
- Multiple icon indicates that there are many work tickets associated with the alarm.
