New Features
- Our engineering team is working behind the scenes to bring you an exceptional Command Center experience. While these exciting new features are not yet available to customers, we are continuously releasing them to enable the Command Center experience in the near future. If you have any questions regarding the Command Center, reach out to your Customer Success team.
- Our engineering team has been hard at work creating a KPI Dashboard that will make it easier than ever to monitor and analyze your organization's metrics. The KPI Dashboard will provide a centralized location for you to view all of the important KPIs, giving you a clear and concise snapshot of your performance. Working with our CS team, you will be able to easily set goals and quickly identify areas that need attention. If you have any questions regarding the KPI Dashboard, reach out to your Customer Success team.
Enhancements
- The Work Tickets report is now more appropriately titled "Work History".
- The previously released Alarm Instances report is now appropriately titled "Alarm History". Among many of its uses, the Alarm History report has a Nuisance filter - select Add Filter > Nuisance equals True to see the offending alarms. Additionally, you can group by "Unique Alarms" to see a count.
- The Alarms report has been replaced by the Alarm History report.
