New Features

We have updated our user selector to display users by Teams. As you can see in the screenshots below, previously, we did not display the team that the user belongs to and we did not indicate who the designated team leader is.

In our new display, we group users by Team and we indicate who the designated team leader is. To learn more about Teams, email your support representative at support.vfacility@tmasystems.com.

Additionally, features for the upcoming Command Center experience continue to be released behind the scenes. Although not yet available to customers, our engineering team is building new features to enable the Command Center experience in the future. 

Enhancements

• We resolved an issue that was preventing the auto-logout setting from behaving as expected. By default, your organization is set to auto-logout users after 30 minutes of inactivity, to have this modified, email your support representative at support.vfacility@tmasystems.com.
