New Features

Alarm Report

A new report - Alarms - is available in Analytics > Reports. This report includes alarm data AND key work data. To add work data columns, select Edit Columns > enable the columns you wish to see in the report. Work ticket ids that appear in the table can be selected to open additional work details.

Experience Enhancements

  • Alarm Details
    • In various places, we have implemented the ability to view alarm details by selecting the Alarm ID.

  • Custom Auto Log Out setting
    • By default, your organization is set to log users out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Our Customer Success team can adjust this setting for your organization if needed. Email if you have questions regarding this setting.
