Experience Enhancements:
- Teams can now be defined by any combination of alarm attributes now! Previously, Teams could only be defined by building. Now a team can be configured by other attributes, such as shop and equipment type, so that Teams can be set up to more closely mirror your facility management team's organization. Data will be filtered down for Teams to be even more focused on just what they need to see, reducing distractions and noise in their data.
- New building data management tools have been implemented to permit easier control over which buildings are visualized within a customer account. This will allow for faster implementation when a customer wants to expand their account to cover more buildings and will support the new Teams functionality coming out by the end of Q3. Not a lot of whiz-bang right now, but this is foundational for the upcoming features later this year!
- Significant enhancements to the ML parser have been rolled out on the backend to improve the alarm data parsing. These enhancements will improve overall the accuracy of attribute identifications, especially with complex alarms.
Bug Fixes:
- The Space Performance Dashboard experienced a bug that caused data for some customers not to display at all. This has been resolved.
