Full Release Notes for Alarm Triage v2.39.0

New Features:

  • Have you ever wished you could automate the creation of work tickets straight from the alarm when it becomes active? Or, have you wished that you could automatically clear active alarms even when your system doesn't issue return-to-normal notifications? Well, now you can with Automation Rules! Future enhancements will add functionality for more triggers and actions, such as setting the priority of new alarms automatically. Note: While the effects of Automation can be enjoyed by all, this feature is limited to admins to configure. Please speak with your Customer Success Manager for training on this feature.

Bug Fixes:

  • There was a bug affecting certain work tickets synced to the AwareManager CMMS. Some notes attached to open tickets in the CMMS did note update in Alarm Triage when the open work tile was selected for viewing. This has now been corrected.

Known Issues:

  • The most recent version of the iOS app had to be rolled back recently because the app UI would sometimes go blank after login. The issue is under investigation and a fix will be released as soon as the cause is uncovered.
