New Features:
- Previously there wasn't a good way to drill into the specific work data behind the analytic dashboards. As part of a larger endeavor to upgrade the entire analytic experience, we are now splitting out the data reports from the dashboards. The first of these detailed reports is the Work Ticket Report. Version 1 of this report allows users to view and filter by work ticket attributes to report on the specific data they desire to see. Future enhancements will link this report to specific dashboard widgets, add filtering by alarm attributes, and provide the ability to edit columns and group work tickets.

Experience Enhancements:
- New users can now register/activate their accounts from mobile devices!
- Note: Ad blockers on the mobile device may interfere with the registration process. Disable your ad blockers while registering if you encounter any issues, then re-enable the ad blockers after registration is complete.
- You can now assign a team(s) to a new user during the account creation process. This ensures that the new user is able to access the data the need from the moment they complete their registration process.
- We now have the ability to customize the delay period of the integration/connectivity resolution notification emails to meet the needs of each customer.
Bug Fixes:
- There was a bug affecting certain work tickets causing the closed work timeline and resolution classification to be inaccurate. Not all the alarm instances associated with the work ticket were populating correctly which affected the resolution classification. This has now been resolved.
