Full Release Notes for Alarm Triage v2.37.0

Release Date: 3/3/2022

New Features:

  • You can now manually clear alarms, individually or in bulk! This feature is especially helpful for handling those systems that don't issue return-to-normal notifications to third-party systems and prevents alarms from turning stale even when they are inactive in the control system. Please speak with your CS rep to learn more about using this feature.

New Integrations Supported:

  • Delta Controls enteliWEB API v2.2 is now supported!
  • EME Group Consulting Engineers have a proprietary FDD software that produces a regular report on energy efficiency and performance improvement opportunities. Alarm Triage can now ingest and process those reports as alarm entries so work tickets can be issued against them, making the opportunities immediately actionable by the Facilities team!

Experience Enhancements:

  • The Alarm Frequency & Duration Report has received some enhancements! In order to more easily understand the overall impact of alarms, we have added a pane of summary metrics, restructured the layout to improve flow, and added additional time configurations and alarm attribute filtering options. Additionally, the user can toggle between alarm frequency and duration for all widgets now.
  • The Space Performance Report now has additional filtering options for Condition and Equipment Type.

Bug Fixes:

  • The Total Repeated Work (by Equipment) metric didn't always update correctly on the Alarm Impact report when changing the report filters. This has now been resolved.
