Experience Enhancements:
- A Lookback Window has been added for the Alarm Impact Report! The purpose of the Lookback Window is to provide historical context to the time period selected to provide a more robust analysis of the impact of work on alarms. This Lookback Window (or period) is displayed whenever a work ticket supplemental graph is shown.
- An improved mouse-over tooltip for the Alarm Impact Report graph has been implemented. This provides a time range for the data included in that specific data point on the graph.
Bug Fixes:
- Resolved a bug that caused an edited attribute suggestion, followed by a thumbs-up, would incorrectly save the old suggestion instead of the new edited attribute.
Known Issues:
- There is a bug that impacts bulk edits in the table view of Triage and Explorer. Sometimes, selecting multiple alarms for bulk editing can select additional alarms by accident, but they can be seen as selected on the UI. A resolution is being implemented. As a work-around until it is released, please refresh the page if you get a message saying that you are about to apply changes to more alarms than you selected. Unfortunately, you will have to re-enter your changes after the refresh. Alternatively, you can make edits within the attribute cells for one alarm at a time and then save those changes.
