New Features:
- The Alarm Impact Report is here! This beta release of our newest analytic report provides new data insights of the benefits of performing work on your alarms, and even compare to alarms for which no work has been performed. This new report will replace a previous report called the Alarm Counts Report. The Alarm Impact Report contains all the info of the old report plus a lot of new analytic functions and capabilities.

Bug Fixes:
- Addressed a couple of issues related to creating new users under unusual circumstances
- Corrected a very rare bug that affected the work ticket status from processing correctly
- Resolved a bug affecting certain users where the "Next Alarm" time did not display in the "Recently Closed" lens for work tickets
Known Issues:
- The new multi-select drop down menus have not been fully implemented across all pages and features. This will be addressed soon.
