Experience Enhancements:
- Backend improvements to the machine learning (ML) parser should lead to quicker and more accurate predictions of alarm attributes.
- A big focus of this release was to improve the integration features for the VFI team which will speed up the customer onboarding process. Only internal VFI users will experience these improvements directly in the software, but all new customer accounts (and new integrations for existing customers) should experience a faster integration and onboarding process.
Bug Fixes:
- Corrected an issue where new user accounts were being created with a permission level that is not in production yet and causing the new users to be locked out of the platform
- Resolved a couple of display issues with certain mobile views
- Fixed an issue resulting in a Closed Work Ticket that was marked as Incomplete not updating the Total Work Count in tiles header and the badge icon in the side nav panel
- Resolved an issue preventing Alarm Notes from saving properly for some users
- Aligned the Priorities field with the other selection fields at the top of the Alarm Counts Report
- Corrected an issue that caused the Filter/New Alarm Lens modal to jump up when certain values are clicked on
- Re-aligned the "Update" and "Cancel" buttons on the Work Ticket modal
- Fixed some issues affecting List Control (feature for admin users only)
Known Issues:
- The new multi-select drop down menus have not been fully implemented across all pages and features. This will be addressed soon.
