Full Release Notes for Alarm Triage v2.20.0

New Features:

  • The Work Resolution Report is now avaialble in the Analytics module! This is a report that shows analysis of open work, closed work, and alarm coverage. You can drill down into work that is resolved and work that is unresolved, uncovering insights critical to improving your team's work efficiency, verify SLAs are being met, and so much more!

Experience Enhancements:

  • The definition of nuisance behavior has been updated. The time frame of a nuisance alarm is now 7 days instead of 30 days. This will allow the user to more quickly see which alarms still have nuisance issues versus which ones have already been resolved.
  • Swipe actions have replaced many of the tap sections within the mobile app experience, making it more intuitive.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue with creating push notifications
  • Resolved an issue where the text field in a lens filter was cut off for certain model iPhones
  • Fixed an issue where the Thumbs Down on the confidence values would sometimes reset the unsaved alarm attribute changes in Table view
  • Resolved an issue where confidence values and and alarm attribute data would occasionally disappear after being updated for certain customers
  • Fixed a few issues with some administrative functions in the Settings view

Known Issues:

  • The new multi-select drop down menus have not been fully implemented across all pages and features. This will be addressed soon.
