Full Release Notes for Alarm Triage v2.19.0

New Features:

  • Mobile Work Creation is here! Create and issue work tickets straight from your mobile device just as you would from the web app. Available on both Android and iOS devices; see your applicable app store to download/update.

Experience Enhancements:

  • Many enhancements have been made to the Closed Work Statistics feature! Here are a few of the highlights:
    • Improved graphical representation of alarm activity vs work duration
    • Statistics will now be shown under the graph w/ other display improvements
    • A Work Result classification will now be shown above the graph for all closed tickets only, and a corresponding color coded tab accent will be shown on the left side of the tile after 24hrs have elapsed since the ticket was closed (successful = green, unsuccessful = dark gray)
    • Work Results will be applied retroactively to previously closed tickets so that you can understand the historical impacts of your work as well as newly closed work
  • Additional enhancements to the multi-select drop-drown menus have been implemented

Bug Fixes:

  • Multiple display element alignment corrections made to improve the UI flow
  • Multiple fixes for iOS and Android display issues that affected user interactions
  • Fix an issue with the Android app where the keyboard automatically popped up when selecting a checkbox
  • Resolved an issue with the creation of a Custom Lens where the lens button in the side nav panel would sometimes turn solid white and becomes unreadable
