New Features:
- A new natural language processing (NLP) engine and a pre-parser have now been brought online with our machine learning (ML) parser. This will further improve the ability to train the ML models on the specifics of each customer's alarm data and yield even more accurate results in parsing the alarms as they are generated. As a user, you should start seeing even higher confidence numbers on the newly-parsed alarm attributes.
- v3 of the datapump is included in this release. While not a user-facing feature, this release brings incredible improvements to the data integration and ingestion process. This in turn improves data acquisition and processing performance while also enhancing the new data source onboarding process.
Experience Enhancements:
- A brand new drop-down menu experience has been implemented for the alarm attributes! This features a smooth scroll with no "chattering" as before and improved multi-entry functionality.
Bug Fixes:
- Multiple fixes for the Custom Range Calendar that prevented certain types of range selections
- Added Actual Work Location as a mandatory field in Closed Work ticket modal
- Fixed a loading issue with Work lenses
- Solved issue with an unresponsive bulk edit of alarm tiles
- Solved an issue in table view where a bulk edit of "priority" would fail to recognize the selected checkbox
- Resolved issue with the Delete User function on the Settings page not working
- Fixed an issue where some alarm tiles didn't show the work ticket icon once they had been added to an open work ticket
- Fixed an issue with alarm attribute values not populating in the alarm details section
- Resolved a issue on the Space Performance Report with buildings larger than 10 stories not visualizing correctly
- Fixed a bug with some Work Tickets where clicking an Work Ticket link in the alarm details fails to open the Work Ticket details
- Enabled the alarm state filter(s) and "Warn"-ing state for JCI Metasys alarms
- Fixed issue with alarm attribute selection where the first value can be selected multiple times
- Fixed issue with alarm multiple attribute selection in the Equipment field where selections show up as blank
- Corrected issue preventing the application of a filter or Create/Edit Lens when a blank value is selected
- Resolved a priority mapping issue for certain data accounts
- Resolved issue with some Undefined Priority alarms showing as Highest Priority instead of No Priority
- Fixed an issue with filtering on Alerton Compass as the alarm source
- Corrected issue with certain lens badges not updating with the correct number of alarms when an alarm status is changed
- Correct issue with certain alarms not showing an end time even though the end time info is in the raw alarm
- Updated Work History tables to display decimals as rounded to only one place
- Fixed Work Ticket view to fully display on iPads without being cut off on the right side
