An important benefit of Virtual Facility is standardizing the alarm fields of Priority, Category, and Shop across all alarm sources. Alarm Source Field Mapping allows customers to map BAS alarm data into Virtual Facility Alarm fields. These mappings are created as part of implementation. Administrators can view mappings from the page Settings > Alarm Source Mappings.

Custom Mapping Rules
Customers with mapping rules requiring more than one BAS field and customers implemented before Nov. 2026, may not see all of their mappings. Contact support if you are not seeing what you expect.
