Current Status Report

The features in this article are available only in Enterprise Edition.

The Current Status Report is a snapshot of your organization's current status - which assets (equipment or space) have an issue and if there is any open work for the asset. The report is updated every hour, at half past the hour. This report can be scheduled for delivery to your inbox or anyone in your organization.

Example Uses of the Current Status Report

  • Schedule a "start of shift" delivery of the Current Status Report to know what your team needs to focus on first.
  • Schedule an "end of shift" delivery of the Current Status Report to know what issues your team couldn't attend to.

Exporting Data

Data can be exported from multiple places in the report. You are also able to select from various formats for the export - depending on your needs, you may want a PDF version or .csv version of the information. To export data, select the 3 dots icon, then select "Download" or "Download data", select the type of format you are looking for, and select "Download".

If exporting to a PDF - recommendation is to NOT select the "Expand tables to show all rows". This option is recommended for exporting in CSV format.
