Virtual Facility offers two product editions to help organizations improve their critical alarm response: Pro Edition and Enterprise Edition. Pro Edition allows an organization to centralize their alarms from various sources, identify and address their nuisance alarms, and easily create work orders for resolution of critical alarms in their CMMS System. Once clients have achieved consistent critical alarm response, Enterprise Edition incorporates Asset-Centricity to help clients take their triage and operational reporting to the next level.

Pro Edition
Most features within the solution are included with the Pro Edition. Articles for features that are not included in the Pro Edition will have the following notice at the top of the page:
"The features in this article are available only in Enterprise Edition."
Pro Edition uses Assets to organize alarms, but does not incorporate the concept of Asset Status.
Enterprise Edition
Enterprise Edition includes everything in Pro Edition, but incorporates asset status into several features and extends CMMS mapping to include asset level mapping. Capabilities include:

- Command Center Summary Dashboards
- Asset Relationships with Upstream and Downstream Impact Awareness
- Space Impact and Equipment Failure Reporting
- CMMS Asset Mapping
