The Space - Impact Summary is designed to report on what spaces and space types are having the most problems. This report is exclusively based on "Service Failure Alarms". For spaces - a service failure alarm indicates that the space is not compliant with regulations. For example, an operating room is above the allowed temperature.
Example Uses of the Space - Impact Summary
- Create a notification when a specific space or space type is not available for a specified length of time
- Schedule a weekly or monthly email subscription of the report for managers or executives
Filters
- Alarm Date
- Location - Building
- Location - Floor
- Space Type
- Space Name
- Stale Alarms
- Nuisance Alarms
When modifying filters in the report, be sure to select the blue circle icon to reload the report with your newly applied filters.
Graphs
Time in Failure: The total Time in Failure, by type, for the selected period
Daily Time in Failure: The Daily Time in Failure, by type, for the selected period
Table
The table contains details of the failures that are being used in the calculations for the graphs above. To view the alarms that are counted as failures, select the View option under Alarm History. This will open a window where you can view the specific alarms. You can export this data by selecting the "Download" option.
Exporting Data
Data can be exported from multiple places in the report. You are also able to select from various formats for the export - depending on your needs, you may want a PDF version or .csv version of the information. To export data, select the 3 dots icon, then select "Download" or "Download data", select the type of format you are looking for, and select "Download".
If exporting to a PDF - recommendation is to NOT select the "Expand tables to show all rows". This option is recommended for exporting in CSV format.
